Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

An attorney is representing two clients, mother and son in two separate cases. Mother in a guardianship case and a mortgage payoff. Son in a guardianship case with a different person. The son has POA over mother. Son is dissipating assets of his mother. Attorney represents in court at the mother's guardianship case that her assets are not being dissipated. Attorney gives no legal advise as to mother's finances. Attorney changes mother's will which benefits son. All mother's assets are given to son in the will. Attorney questions mother's competency and asks for a DR note before he will change the will. Son takes mother to the DR and gets a note. No evaluation is done of the mother.
