Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
My aunt named a cousin and his wife as heirs in her will but they divorced before
she died. Is my cousin's wife entitled to recieve money from her estate?

If she is named in the will by name yes. Sometimes the will excludes if they are no longer married, if it does not exclude then yes.
