Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Beneficiary excluded even from current sale of house

The home in question was jointly owned and lived in by my mother & sister. My mother died 14 yrs ago. There are only 2 beneficiaries myself & my sister the executor. I know that much. She & my nephew have everything. My daughter received nothing! Furnishings, etc. she said her cats destroyed these items which is not her responsibility. Now she is selling the house. I mentioned my 25% share. My sister said aware of my greediness, she asked mother to leave her 1/2 of the house to her & she did. My mother would Never do that Unless Forced To! She made payments including cashing a life ins.policy etc. for her share. she wouldn't cheat my daughter and I. What can I do? I have been denied access to my mothers living quarters, will, etc. Given me was a ring value 500.00, rusted microwave & cart, and set of cups. She says she is Executrix and she determines how the property is distributed! Is that true? I paid 1/2 the funeral expenses, Am I not entitled? Is any of this legal? My nephew comes before me? I read about will notification I received none! Do I have any rights to the house or to items kept from me? The emotional stress I have suffered from years of this is great. I appreciate any advise you can offer. Thank You.

Your mother died 14 YEARS AGO?? What have you been waiting for all this time?

I think you may have some serious problems contesting the Will (if there was one) after all this time has passed.
