My brother has power of attorney over my Father and Aunt (my father's sister), when he makes decisions am I entitled to know? My Aunt live in PA and my father lives in NJ.

Short answer: No, you are not entitled to 'look over your brother's shoulder' when he makes day-to-day decisions under the POA for your father and aunt. He was designated as the attorney-in-fact, and he has the right to act as provided in the POA.
That said, you may have some interest in either your father's or your aunt's estates. Therefore, you would have standing to require your brother submit an accounting to you and to the court covering his financial activities while acting under the POA...At that time, you could object to any actions which you feel were improper.
