changing a will
As power of attorney for my mother can I change the co-exectrix of her will and also change the number of people who are to share in her estate?

Re: changing a will
As a general rule, as the holder of a power of attorney, you cannot change the terms of your mother's will and I would be shocked if the power of attorney document would grant this specific power to you.
