Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Clause in moms will : 1 heir can reside in the house for 5 years

Unless a lease is in effect. The lease has gone missing. can I expect the rent to continue coming to me (executrix of estate), The renter is one of the 3 heirs of the home. The will says nothing about the rent amount . Can the other 2 heirs also live in the house against residing heir wishes?
