Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
Upon the Closure of an estate property. How long does the Exuctrix have, to notify the other person on the will, both having a 50/50 holding of said properties and monies, of the sale, and to square aware on financilas and disclose all holdings, spendings, and records?

There is no specific time, and reasonable time is allowed. The time might be extended if there are tax reportings to handle first. If there is an unusual delay, you can always request to Court to compel an accounting.
