conservitorship

I have been requested to sign a conservitorship for a sick relative who may not be trustworthy. Can my personal assets be subject to attachment?

As long as you sign as "conservator for ......" you will have no problem. If you need help legally please contact me.

Not if you act appropriately. In any event, you will probably be bonded so you will have some protection.
