Contesting a deceased parent's will

When i was 5 years old my father died. He was married at the time not to my mother and had two prior children with his wife. I was not included in the will that followed his death, the other two children were. Am i able to contest this will? He is listed and acknowledged on my birth certificate and i did recieve some sort of money when i turned 18 , however this was seperate from the will?

Re: Contesting a deceased parent's will

While you may have had a claim if you were not mentioned, you will probably be out of time now due to the passage of so much time from his date of death. Plus, you were aware of his death and did get something when you were 18.
