Hi, I am a developer with multiple properties. I have rental properties I am interested in putting into a trust. Will the property be protected in case of judgments and debts? I would like to protect my income producing properties for my family for the long term.

So long as you do it correctly, then putting assets into trust should protect them. It has do be done correctly, however.

Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you.

There is NO COST to you for the telephone call, or for the first meeting at my office.
