Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Difficult money-grubbing family, what document do I need to prove intentions of

I have a difficult money-grubbing family. I also have a grandparent that claims to have set their house to be left to me in the will. I have the notion that at the last minutes (before death) a relative will be persuading the grandparent to alter the will. If that does not occur it is likely they will dispute the will after decease.

What document(s) do I need to prove the intentions of the deceased? Does a photocopy of a will hold any value?

Only time will tell if the will is contested; a copy of the will may be somewhat helpful but does not prove competency at the time the will was executed-- a video tape may be more helpful if conducted properly.
