Executor brother-in-law asks court to interpret Will

What does this mean: ''Child'' or ''Children'' Or ''issue'' are to my said ''Child'' or ''Children, or their ''issue''. One child is dead years prior to drawing of new Will of 98 yr old parent & one child is surviving. Do living have issue?

I can not understand your question.

You have stated that the executor brother in law asks the Court to interpret a Will.

And then you ask about issue and children.

If the Will uses standard type language, it should be easy to have a lawyer read it and tell you what it means, and why.

I suggest that you consult an attorney and get some advice.
