Executors of Disclaimer Trust

Can the surviving spouse and their two children be the trustees of the credit shelter trust, with no other disinterested parties involved ?

Yes, the surviving spouse and the children can be co-trustees of the credit shelter trust without disinterested co-trustees. In fact, the surviving spouse can be the sole trustee, provided the trust is drafted properly.
