Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My father is deceased & mother just died. They owned their home jointly. I am the executor of the estate & just probated the will & obtained a short form(s). Do I have to re-title the deed in the name of the estate before we sell? All three siblings agreed to the sale of the house, there is no debt all other assets have beneficiaries & I've opened an estate account for expenses.

No, you do not need to re-title the house to the estate in order to sell it. I would be happy to assist you with the sale and making sure that the estate is distributed per the Will and that you are properly discharged as executor. [you may want the other beneficiaries to sign a release just prior to making estate distributions].
