Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
My father passed away in NJ last month without a will. He was living with a woman in her home and she does not want to give me my grandmothers engagement ring that was to come to me upon his death. There are also things that were his that my brother got to take, but she wanted me to e-mail her the things I want. I did 4 days ago but still not heard back. What are my options?
