Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My father passed in May and willed his home to me, my brother and sister. The house is up for sale. My siblings have paid the taxes on the house three times and now cannot afford to pay the taxes and are relying on me to now pay for the taxes. Don't they legally have to contribute their third of the taxes? Also, when the house gets sold, shouldn't I get more since I have to pay taxes?

Thank you.

You need an attorney. I am handling two cases a lot like yours right now. These things come down to everyone cooperating to get the house sold, and cooperating to carry the costs.

Call me and we will discuss this.
