fathers will
i am the exeutor of my father's will,but he did not include his other children in his will,do they still have the right to protest his will

Anyone entitled to a share of the estate, even if disinherited, can protest/contest a Will. I have not seen the Will, so I do not know if it can withstand a protest on its face. If you could get me a copy I could better advise you.

Get yourself to a lawyer now. It will protect you to get some basic advice on how to proceed. What county did your father live in? That's where we would need to go.....
