Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
Father's Will
My father passed 5 years ago Jan 07. His (wife) of 3 years has befriended us for the last 4 1/2 years. Now she wants nothing to do with us.
My questions is this.......Is there any kind of limitation on contesting my fathers will?

Will contests are generally limited to being brought within 4 months of the probate of the Will being contested, unless exceptional and unusual facts are presented. It appears you are out of time. This reply is given without reading the Will involved, which had it been provided might produce a different response.
