Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
I am trying to find out exactly which state or state county will jurisdiction over my father's probate, in case
I want to contest the will after his death, and compel an accounting of the the POA.
Though he currently has been in a nursing home in NJ the last 5 years, before that his permanent residence had been in Florida and I assume it still is, though it was put into a revocable trust in 2003.
His Estate lawyer is in NJ, where the will was made before, where he also previously worked and lived before he retired to Florida.
