Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

Is there a form notifying court I want to act "pro se" in any further matters pertaining to the case or its settlement? Is there a release form so current attorney no longer gets involved with any further actions?

If there is already an attorney of record, you must file a Substitution of Attorney notice with the court.
