Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
I have found that I purchased will and living will forms but I having a difficult time filling them out due the legal structure of them. What I would like to know is what would it cost for an attorney to fill the documents out in NJ?

There is no set fee charged by all lawyers.
There are also no, or very few, "simple" wills that would have the same provisions for all people. Wills have to be tailored to the situation of the client and her/his assets, family circumstances, and how the client wants to dispose of those assets. This requires individual counseling with a lawyer.
I, personally, would never just "fill in the blanks" on a form.
Call some lawyers in your area to ask about what you may need and what the cost would be.
THIS RESPONSE IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE, SINCE I DO NOT HAVE ALL OF THE INFORMATION THAT WOULD BE REQUIRED, AND I DO NOT HAVE A REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT WITH YOU.
* If the answers to your question confirm that you have a valid issue or worthwhile claim, your next step should almost always be to establish a dialog with a lawyer who can provide specific advice to you. Contact a lawyer in your county or township.
* Another reason for contacting a lawyer is that it is often impossible to give a good answer in the Internet Q&A format without having more information. The unique circumstances of your situation and things that you may not have thought to mention in your question may completely change the answer. If you want to be sure that you have a complete answer to your question and an understanding of what that answer means, establish a connection with a lawyer who practices in the area of your concern.
I agree with Miriam that there are no "set fees" and fees are usually determined by the simplicity or complexity of the matter and the time involved. I would anticipate that simple documents like those described would cost between $350-$750 to complete, assuming not more than 2-3 hours of time would be involved.
