Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

I have used my full name on Certificate of U.S. Naturalization and US Passport but I have mix of full name and short name on my assets like Broker Account and Apartment Unit�s LLC. What legal document I can form to identify myself as the same person with having full name and short name without changing name everywhere?

Your Will should list all names you use. Simply say "I, (legal name on passport), also known as (show names used on other documents, ..." You can also do a Name Affidavit which can also show all names and variations you use on documents. Contact me if you need assistance.
