Funeral Arrangements
Can the lawyer taking care of your will also take care of the funeral arrangements, including the funeral parlor, church, etc

Not unless he is specifically authorized to do this. This is uaually left to family members or close friends. Whomever you authorize, it is best if you leave clear, written instructions on what you want done.
