Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
My grandfather passed away in 2010 and the origninal will was possibly destroyed by his son but i have a copy of it and it names me as the executor, now my grandfather has 4 grown children who arent mentioned in the will. can this copy be used as the original and does his children have a say so with regards to the contents of the will.
