Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
My grandfather willed his house to myself, my 2 children, my 2 cousins, my mother and uncle. I am living in said house, if all the house hold bills and taxes are paid on the house can I be kicked out of the house by the executor who is making no moves to sell the house?

Wow! You need some good legal advice.
Kick you out and still not sell the house....what is the executor thinking?
Call me, and I will see what I can do to assist.
In order to answer your question properly, your grandfather's will would have to be reviewed.
I would need to review a copy of the Will in order to answer your question.
However, the house does not belong to you, it belongs to all the beneficiaries as provided in the will. If they are unwilling to allow you to live there [apparenty you are currently living there rent free]..then yes, the executor and/or the other beneficiaries can go to court to force you out and sell the property so that all can recieve their inheritance.
The better solution is to have the house professionally appraised, and if you want to live in the house, you should buy out the interests of the others at fair market value. In the long run, that is the best and cheapest solution for all concerned.
