heirs being notified of will

My Grandfather passed away. I know he had a will. By law do I have to be notified if my name is mentioned? What if my name was mentioned and I was not notified?

Re: heirs being notified of will

If you are an heir at law [i.e. you would take under the intestacy statute] OR if you are a beneficiary under the will, then within 60 days of probate, the executor must provide you with Notice of Probate and a copy of the Will.
