Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
Hello,
I was a beneficiary and was instructed to sign a Refund and Release Bond in which I received lesser than the amount stated I was to inherit. Is this standard in these situation? Thank you. Michelle B.

It's possible that your inheritance was reduced by Inheritance Tax or other estate expenses. Nevertheless, I would advise you to have the situation reviewed by a Trust & Estates attorney to determine if you received what you should have.
