Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
The house my father left his three children has gone to probate. I being one of the children have judgments in superior court placed by past creditors. Once the estate clears probate, can my creditors attach my share of the property. And, is there any way to avoid attachment with some type of legal distribution or construct.
The estate is located in New Jersey.
