THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT DEPENDS UPON THE SIZE OF THE PROBATE ESTATE. DOES THE WILL REQUIRE THIS? SOMETIMES THE BOND CAN BE WAIVED IF THE WILL ALLOWS IT TO BE WAIVED. PREMIUM, IF A BOND IS REQUIRED, DEPENDS UPON BOND PRINCIPAL AMOUNT.
