Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

I live in NJ and I am a beneficiary on someone will. I need to send the executors a letter asking for a full accounting of the decedent's estate, can you give me some examples of some phrases

Asking for an estate accounting is the easy part. Getting it, and then reviewing the estate accounting, and determining whether or not the executor has mismanaged the estate, is the hard part.

If you feel that the executor has mishandled the estate, I strongly suggest that you hire an attorney to assist you in [a] obtaining the estate accounting; [b] reviewing the accounting with you; and [c] if necessary, bringing a surcharge action against the executor if he/she has acted improperly.

You will do a lot better with the help of an attorney. The executor has not informed you as to what is going on? Give me a call, and I will help you out. This estate accounting issue is complicated court procedure, and you will do a lot better with a lawyer's help. 201 820 3460.
