for God's sake, please go hire a lawyer who does a lot of estate planning, who is not too far away from you.

Re: Living Trust/ Property Trust

I DISAGREE WITH BOB, ALTHOUGH I DO RECOMMEND THAT SOMEONE ELSE BE APPOINTED TO SERVE IN THE EVENT OF YOUR INCAPACITY OR DEMISE, IF YOU DO NOT NAME SOMEONE TO SERVE IMMEDIATELY WITH YOU. I HAVE NOT READ THE DOCUMENT, NOR KNOW WHAT YOU ARE INTENDING TO ACCOMPLISH. FOR YOUR OWN PROTECTION, I SUGGEST THAT THE DOCUMENT BE REVIEWED BY A COMPETENT ESTATE ATTORNEY, LIKE MYSELF, WHO CAN MAKE SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT SHOULD BE PROPERLY INCLUDED, NOT ONLY AS TO TRUSTEES, BUT FOR YOUR PROTECTION AS WELL. THIS IS A RESPONSE TO AN INTERNET QUESTION AND THE REPLY IS NOT INTENDED TO BE LEGAL ADVICE OR AS CREATING AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP. MISSING OR OMITTED FACTS COULD CHANGE THE RESPONSE.
