Please engage an Estate Planning attorney to prepare your WIll and Estate Plan the right way. If you do it wrong, by the time it is discovered, it is too late!

A Will in New Jersey and most states requires two witness at the time of signing. It does not have to be notarized, but if it is notarized with the proper language, it can be self-proving.

I hope this helps!
