Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My mom diee without a will, my brother and I are the only children. he is unable to sign the letter of administration to sign the bank account over to me. What should I do?

You may have to go get a death certificate and then go to the Surrogate of the County. I believe you are in Morris County, so you would go to Morristown.
