Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My mother is a us citizen and lives in the state of NJ. She has property in Jamaica. She has Will that was done in NJ for her asset here in the states. However, she was advised that it is best to have a separate Will for the property in Jamaica and so she did get this Will done in Jamaica as advised. She now needs to revised this Will for the property in Jamaica but is unable to travel to Jamaica to do so. Is there service available in the states to writing Will for estate abroad?

I suggest doing a NJ trust and deeding the Jamaica property to the trust, making ther trust its owner. This should avoid probate in Jamaica, make it easier for the heirs in NJ to deal with the property (a new Deed will be necessary when Mom passes anyway) and, if done properly may possibly reduce or eliminate NJ inheritance taxes, if any may be due. If all she needs or wants to do now is a new Will for Jamaica, she can do it in NJ, but be sure it meets the law of Jamaica so it can be probated there.
