Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My mother died 4 years ago without a will. My brother is the administrator of the estate and hasn^t done anything.

I'm not sure what your asking...but if he has done "nothing" in 4 years, then you should consider having him removed...voluntarily if possible or otherwise via a court action.
