Myt father signed a DNR in New York. Will it still be in effect now that he now lives in New Jersey?

Your father should have a 'Living Will' done. This is very inexpensive, and solves the problem. Call me, 201 820 3460, and I will explain.

It is simple enough to execute new documents. They should be periodically updated anyway.....
This stuff isn't complex. Oftentimes, I do the process by e-mail.

I agree with the other responders that updated, properly executed, witnessed and notarized Living Wills, including DNR provisions. should be done in NJ, so all legal requisites are contained. This is a response to an Internet question and the reply is not intended to be legal advice or as creating an attorney-client relationship.
