Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
My parents will included my brother and myself as beneficiaries. Since making this will my brother has passed and my parents have the death certificate. Will my brother's inheritance automatically revert to me or will they have to write a new will?

I agree that the wording of the Will needs to be reviewed. Was your brother marries and, if so, did he have children who survived him? If he did, they may take his inheritance. If you could provide the Will language used, a better reply can be made.
