how do you relinguish a powe of attorney with our lawyer

Presuming the POA has not been recorded, all that is necessary is to send the current holder of the Power a letter stating that their authority is being revoked, to take effect immediately, and to do a new POA naming the new person. If the first was recorded, a recording revocation needs also to be done.
