private reading of a will
If the deacesed stated that there should be a private reading for one person and that one person is asked not to tell other people that have been stated in the will be held up in a court of law.

what you are describing is absolutely stupid. someone is just asking you to take their word for it as to what this Will says? Gee, and if they are lying just a little bit, you would never find out. How stupid does this person think you are?
New Jersey law REQUIRES that a complete copy of the Will must be given to every person who is named in the Will, and also to every person who would inherit if there was no Will.
Why dont you find a lawyer who handles this kind of law (Estates administration and Estates litigation, lawsuits) and get some assistance. I do this kind of work, and I would be happy to help you.
