Procedure To Substitute In Pro Se
The trial in Chancery court is over.
After trial end, the Judge requested information.
I want to substitute in, Pro Se.
Do I need to ask the court's permission to do so?
If so, what steps do I follow to do that?

You have the right to represent yourself but the Court has the right to say whether your attorney can withdraw. This may sound like a contradiction but the Judge may want your attorney to stick around so finishing up the case isn't delayed because of your unfamiliarity with court procedures, etc.
If you are on bad terms with your attorney, you can always write the Judge a lettter and ask his/her permission.
