Is this a properly executed Will
The grandfather of a relative of mine died recently last summer . The will was recently produced by another relative earlier this year. The signatures of the grandfather on the will is questionable. Also this will was made out by an attorney. Where the siganture of the attorney should be is only the initals of that attorney. In addition the wife is still alive however she is not named the executrix the relative who produced this will is named the executrix.

If the will has bee filed with the Surrogate of the County where the deceased resided, relatives/heirs may challenge the validity of the will. Generally, the attorney who prepares a will does not have to sign it.
Without a full review of the will and facts surrounding its execution, it is impossible to say whether it was properly executed or not.
If you have these concerns, you should consult an estates or probate lawyer in the county where the will was filed.

This sounds like it is a conformed copy, not the original. The original needs to be produced to allow probate. If there are questions, call the attorney who prepared it to verify the authenticity. You did not say what the Will provided. If the wife was not covered, this could raise serious questions. I need more information to give you a better answer.
