Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My Q is in the arena of 'estate law' and whether or not my older sibling who is the trustee

has abused her power..we have had several differences of opinion over the last few years, she refused to show me the trust's tax/return.

Recently, after she refused my offer to get together & talk things out, she

sent a venomous letter to my other fam members (bro & sisisters). Under the guise

of saying 'I want everyone to have the same information' she included a bunch of

insults regarding my career/success, past actions, etc. In other words she used her position

as trustee to carry out a bunch of personal attacks.

Was this proper for her to due, and is there any basis for me to assert she has abused her power(s)

I would need to review a copy of the trust to give you a complete answer, however, if you are a beneficiary of the trust, you are entitled to an accounting from the trustee. If she is unwilling to provide you with this information, you can file a complaint with the court and force her to submit the accounting.
