Re: real estate
What you can do, and what the problems are, will depend on a couple of things. You really need to show all of the documents to a lawyer, and get some advice. There could be problems, or there may be no problems.
Give me a call if you want me to assist you. I am in Hackensack, and I see that you are in Newark; it is about a half hour drive.
But, in any case, get a lawyer's advice before you take any action.
Also, I can not tell from your question whether there are any time limits on you. I suggest you get a lawyer's advice quickly.
