Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey
I recently purchased a motorcycle that was sold from an estate. The title is signed by the executor of the estate but there is not a short certificate accompanying the title. I have obtained the contact information and tried to contact the executor with no success. Am I able to legally obtain a copy of the short certificate from the Surrogate court? If not, what are my options?
