Re: Recepient of Estate

Hello,

many times, wills state that the proceeds of a

estate will go to a wife or children or their children.

Often, the spouse or other beneficiary is deceased and the proceeds then go

to the sucessor beneficary(ies). If there are no beneficiaries

left then the laws of sucession come into play, cousins etc. If this doesn't help

give a call.
