Hello, How do I fill out A Refunding Bond and Release Form? Is there a way/place I can find out how to fill out the above form properly..an example form that is filled out so I can use as a guide? Thank You

If the form was sent to you, and you have received your property, the typical form is dated, signed and nortarized by a notary public. If you want to prepare the form itself, you should see an attorney who is familiar with estate and probate matters.
