Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

my sister passed 2 months before husband, no children. Only will found from 7 years before marriage. Left everything to each other upon both deaths everything to husbands previous marriage estranged daughters. Before death and will change verbally drastically changed inheritance to wife's siblings and shared husbands nieces, nephews and daughters. Do we have rights to their final wishes?

A "verbal will change" is not considered a will change. Also, if sister died first, her estate likely would have passed to her husband, so his will would control the disposition of the entire estate.
