Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

stepchild???

98 been deceased 9 yrs 10 mos.dad passed away may 16th this year i was raised from 1977 until my junior year of high school.dads biological children were weekend visitors during these years i am 38 yrs old when father passed his 2 children stepped in and assumed control of house property and all belongings in house.the only father i really had and only grandfather my 4 and sisters 3 children ever knew.we as well as his grandchildren were exiled from everything.i now wanna know if i can fight for anything,or am i supposed to walk away with only the memory of him and my mother.''my mothers name is still stated on the deed(mortgage)to the house.there was ''NO'' will left? please help.
