survivng spouse auto loan title of ownership previous question

Thank you for responding so quickly to me Mr. Davies. However, you really didn't answer my question as to what jersey law provides in this circumstance. This is the only property that needs probating & the value of it does not exceed $15,000. We don't need a lawyer for such a small estate. My mom is considered low income & has no other estate inheritance other than my dad's portion of their home. Please help!!

sorry, i do not handle estates and can not answer your question.

I suggest you call the Surrogates' Court clerk for the county in which she

lived when she passed away.
