Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

How much time does a hearing for an interlocutory injunction take? How long is a case management conference? Does mediation take hours or days? How long is a deposition? (I'd like to be present so it would be useful to know how much time I'll need to take off from work. I also want to get an idea of how much to budget for legal fees.)

It's very difficult to provide an estimate since the answer depends on many factors that are not controllable...e.g. how many cases will be heard by a Judge on a given day- and the order in which they are heard [you may be in and out of the courthouse in 30 minutes or could be there all day long]. Same thing with a mediation...a simple matter may take an afternoon to settle...but a more complicated or contentious matter could go on for days.
